Many of the coffee trees\u003cbr\u003ehad been lost due to a lack of maintenance and fertilisation, leaving the farm in\u003cbr\u003epoor condition. \u003cbr\u003eRather than being discouraged by the challenge, Rafael saw an\u003cbr\u003eopportunity and began the long process of restoring the property, replanting\u003cbr\u003esections of the farm and gradually returning it to productivity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocated just 500 metres from the family’s renowned La Fany Estate, San Cayetano\u003cbr\u003ebenefits from the same favourable growing conditions of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec\u003cbr\u003emountain range.
