We're excited to launch this coffee. Not just because it tastes amazing but also because we haven't stocked a coffee from Burundi for a few years. This coffee has all the fruit flavor, juicy acidity, and complexity that we were hoping for, and it will surely be a treat for anyone who grabs a box to brew themselves.

This coffee comes from the Mubuga washing station in Ngozi, Burundi, located at over 1500 meters above sea level. The station processes cherries from over 1900 local farmers, each managing about 250 trees on average. This Bourbon variety is grown at 1661 MASL and undergoes natural processing, where the cherries are dried on raised beds for several weeks.
