Location: Bateia district in the mountains of Espírito Santo state
Size: 22 hectares
Production: Approximately 500 bags (60 kg each) of coffee per year

History:
The property was purchased by Mr. Antonio Tomazini 50 years ago.
Currently managed by his son, Marcos Tomazini.
Processing:

Harvesting is selective, ensuring at least 70% of cherries are mature.
Coffee cherries are taken to a washer for separation based on ripeness and floaters.
Ripe cherries are depulped, and the mucilage is partially removed mechanically.
Beans are dried in covered and semi-open greenhouses on raised beds.
Quality Recognition:

The farm has won awards in the local cooperative competition in 2018.
Recognized for quality due to altitude, soil, and climate conditions, achieving scores above average.
