Cara Mia is our darkest roast profile, created for those that are seeking that classic, beloved style of roasting. In pursuit of a rich cup we have selected and blended two heavy bodied and rich coffees, Amana from Brazil and Ol Doniyo from Tanzania.  

Notes: Dark chocolate, dates, toffee.
